Silent Reading Word Types

These are my Silent Reading Word Type slides for Wk 5.

I had to look for Nouns, Verbs, Adjectives and Adverbs from my Silent Reading book online.

I didn't finish my Silent Reading Word Type slides for the Adverb slide because I didn't do as much work as we were suppose to do on Wk5.

What Happened:

There was a man that went to Villekulla Cottage. When he got to Villekulla Cottage he saw a garden, uncut grass and old trees that has moss on it. The man saw 3 kids, there was a girl in the middle that has a lot of freckles on her face, then there was a girl with fair curls and then there was a boy and his hair was neatly combed to one side.

What Happened:

Bella gave Weir her biggest smile and Weir saw Bella's braces. Bella explained that she had to go early because she went to get braces. Then Bella got a black pen and drawed braces on the frog's teeth and they laughed gladly together.

 What Happened:

Bella tried to win a big frog by tossing rings ad trying to get them onto the top part of the bottle, but she kept on missing and she was sad. Then she saw Weir and called him, as soon as Weir heard Bella he ran so fast.

  The next day Weir was trying to get Bella's attention, but she wouldn't listen to Weir. After school Weir tried to catch up to Bella, so he walked as fast as he can and caught up to Bella and explained why he was avoiding her at the carnival. Then Weir remembered the big frog and gave it to Bella and said" Oh, here I just won this yesterday and I wanted to give it to you." 

My Chapter Summary

Today my class and I had to fill in this document. We had to fill this document in because we need to learn more about summarising.

I have drawn a picture of Weir trying to catch up to Bella to explain why he was avoiding her at the carnival.

What Happened:

Weir, Wendy and there team were practising there song, suddenly Miss Franklin went pass and said "Good Song". It was time for the last challenge and Weir, Wendy and there team were up first and they made the crowd laugh and cheer so loud. When team blue came on stage Weir couldn't wait to hear Hans sing. When Hans sang he sounded terrible. Everyone covered there ears, even Hans team covered there ears. Bella tried to take the microphone from Hans, so they can all sing together. Weir and Henry crawled to Bella and gave her a microphone and both the teams sang Totally Cool. Then they announced that team Red won. When Weir was going to get into his car, he heard someone calling his name. When he looked back he saw Bella and he went to her. When he got there he asked Bella"Is Hans Some you B.F.F and Bella said" No, he is to bossy" and then Bella said" I only like funny people, funny people like you. Weir blushed and went walked to his car.

What Happened:

Henry always makes Weir laugh. Suddenly a boy called Hans walked into class and Miss Franklin announced that there is a new boy in our class and his name is Hans Some. I know right his name is Hans Some and he looks Hans Some. Weir was scared because Bella might like Hans. The next day they went to camp Kangaroo, Wendy and Weir are the leaders of Team Red, Bella and Hans are the leader of Team Red. The were 5 challenges, Hans and Bella won the first 2, the 3rd challenge came up and the red team were really working as a team while Hans was just running to the finish line, when he got there his ranger said" you have to come with your team", so it looks like team red is the winner.

What Happened:

Weirdo recorded Fi-Do and Blockhead. When Weir went home, he thought about sending the video to Funniest Pets Show. After dinner Granddad and Sally helped Weir send the video. It was time for Funniest Pets, they all gathered up on the couch and watched all the pets, then Weir's family that the show was finish,so they left and then they heard Fi-Do and Blockhead barking saw they looked at the T.V and it said" Next Up Fi-Do and Blockhead, so they sat back down and watched the show. The next morning Mum heard plenty of bang's on the door, so she called Weir to go open the door. When Weir opened the door, he was so surprised, there were camera's flashing, people calling Weir's name and then someone said" where is Fi-Do and Blockhead, suddenly 

Fi-Do walked outside and Block head flew to Weir's shoulder. Everyone came up close taking pictures, they were way to close and Blockhead got scared, so he flew far, far, far, far away from home. They searched at Blockhead's favourite spots, but he wasn't there, they even put up posters. 5 or 4 hours later someone in Weir's school called Weir's dad if he could came and take the dog from the shed. Weir, Fi-Do and Mr.Do looked everywhere, but they couldn't find him. Suddenly Fi-Do went to the back of the shed and Weir followed him and at everyone's surprise it was Block head that was barking all this time.

What Happened:

Everyone has a super power in Weir's family. Dad's super power is Smelling things fro far away. One time he smelt smoke and he got a fire extinguisher and blasted it on someone's birthday cake. The old man was very ferrous because before he blasted it off with the fire extinguisher they were singing happy birthday to the old man.

What Happened:

Weir tried out for soccer and he keeps on missing the goal, so Bella said" why don't you try out for goalie" and then Weir walked to the goal and Henry was running up with the ball and then Weir felt something and then he looked at it and it was a ladybug, he was running side-to-side and his eyes were closed and he blocked the ball and Weir's coach came up to him and shook his hand and gave him goalie gloves. The day of the game came, but they had to go to Dad's competition first, so they went to dad's competition and a man said" two for double dog food and everyone was looking at Weir to go and dance with Dad. When they got on stage, they played the song and Weir started sweating and then he saw his dad, then Bella and then he started dancing with his dad. They became 1st place. After the competition they went to Weir's game, Weir didn't block the first goal, so the other team got 1 goal, then the second goal came and Weir started doing his dad's dances and he kept on blocking the goals, the whistle blew and Weir's team won. At the end they went and gave dog food to an women and they got a free puppy for giving her the dog food and they named him Fi-Do

What Happened:

A monkey threw banana's to Granddad, but he missed and almost hit Weir, but luckily he ducked it, then it flew to Henry and hit his face and then there was another banana that was flying towards Bella, but Bella ducked and the banana hit Weir's face, everyone was laughing at Weir, even his Granddad was laughing.  Weir was drawing Bella and when he was walking to give her the picture duck came and snatched the picture out of his hand. Then Weir saw Bella running after the duck, so Weir ran after the duck to. When they reached the Meerkat's they got lost.

What Happened:

When there's something on sale Weir's mum bought a large number of it. There was toilet paper on sail and the  bought a large amount of it. Weir is looking for a present for Bella is 2nd prettiest girl in his class. Bella saw Weir and said " wow are I don't need that much toilet paper Weir" then Weir said " Oh no that is not for you, the toilet paper is for me". Then Bella asked" Oh, is that my present behind your back". After she asked, Weir showed her the little cream and the cream was Itchy bum cream. The next day the school went on a Zoo Trip and Granddad went as a parent helper.

What Happened:

Hamlet heard a noise behind his mother's curtain, so he went and scanned the curtain to the left side and he hurt Ophelia's father. When Hamlet turned around he saw his uncle and he came with 2 guards. The guards took away Hamlet. When Hamlet left his kingdom his friend came and told him that his Uncle told Ophelia that you killed her father, so Ophelia killed herself. After he heard that he said " My dear loved one is gone"

What Happened:

Ophelia told Hamlet that her father asked if he is coming to an royal event, Hamlet said " I will attend" then Ophelia turned around and a tear drop from her eye and then she said I thought that you loved me and we were going to get married. After Ophelia said that she ran off and Hamlet felt bad because she told her that " he wouldn't marry her because some husbands and wife's sometimes cheat on each other"

Both of the couples finally found there true love and they all agreed to get married on the same day. The next day they all went to church and got married. After there marriage they had an feed and everyone enjoyed them self and danced. Then the couples went on the dance floor and danced slowly

What Happened:

The men were fighting over who's wife is going to get to them first, Lucentio asked his servant to go get his wife, the servant went and came back and told Lucentio that his wife won't come because she is busy. Then Hortensio called his servant to go and call his wife, when his servant got back, the servant said that she is not in the mood for jokes, why can't he just go to her. Next was Petruchio asked his servant to go as his wife to come, as soon as his servant went and called his wife, Katherina came straight away. At the end Katherina said that there" husbands keep them warm, safe and work to feed them and clothe them. Then Petruchio said" No one will ever call you a shrew and come and kiss me"

What Happened :

One afternoon 2 boys were walking to Baptista's house, the 2 boys knocked on the door and asked if there were a girl, Baptista called the daughters, the boy's mostly laid eyes on Bianca not on Katherine. Baptisita saw that they wouldn't even put a single eye on Katherine, so he said " Bianca shall not be married, until Katherine get's married". Then Baptista told the girls to go inside and Baptisita told the 2 boy's " Katherine needs to be married first because my life will miserable without Bianca.

What Happened:

Rosalind has 2 choices, her first choice was go far away or die. Rosalind choose to go far away and her cousin(Celia) wanted to go with her. Rosalind told Celia to wear cowgirl clothes and she'll cut her hair and get dressed up as a man, so they wont get hurt on the journey. The next day, Rosalind and Celia rented a cottage near the edge of the forest. Rosalind and Celia went out for a walk and heard a sound ,they hid in a bush and they saw Orlando writing a love poem to Rosalind.

What Happened:

The next day, Caesar came to Cleopatra and Antony for war. Later in the war Cleopatra left Antony in war with Caesar. The next day Antony told his servant to stab him with a knife, but his servant said "No". Then Antony stabbed himself and went off on a horse to Cleopatra's temple. As soon as Cleopatra saw Antony she ran to him and laid him down. Antony told Cleopatra " Tell Caesar that you have defeated me and then make peace with Caesar, but Cleopatra said " No". After that Antony died, when Antony had just closed his eyes Cleopatra kissed him on the lips. After Cleopatra grabbed a snake out of a basket and when the servant looked at Cleopatra the teeth of the snake was in Cleopatra's arms and that was the end of Cleopatra's life.

What Happened:

Antony was waiting for Cleopatra. Then Antony was getting tired of waiting and then he finally saw Cleopatra. When Cleopatra walked off the boat she bowed to Antony and everyone was quiet, but before they were all cheering.

Then Antony said " Dine with me tonight in the city" and Cleopatra said " No Lord". Then Antony got angry, but then Cleopatra said " Lord, dine with me tonight, so my servants can surprise you.
