I read from 49-57

This is what happens:

So Katie was at the stable getting ready, but she was to scared because Tiffany gave Katie a pony that is not really good at controlling. Rosehip said that she was going to have a word with Ebony. So Rosehip flew into the stable. Only the slight tremble in her wings gave away the fact that she was nervous too. The other fairies perched on the stable door to watch and Katie peered in from a safe distance. Rosehip fluttered slowly up to Ebony and landed on the water bucket. Katie started to worry that he might simply knock her in and drink her up. Then Rosehip began to whisper to him so quietly that Katie couldn't even catch the words. "Ebony's saying that the owner of the stables is trying to sell him because he keeps bucking, rearing and dumping riders on the ground.

I read from 44-49

This is what happens:
Katie said that this was her last round so she wanted to try the Chase Me Charlie again. So Katie tried the Chase Me Charlie again and again, but she was still too scared to jump, and every time she failed, she just got more upset with herself. Then when she finally did force herself to go over, with her eyes tight shut and squealing in fright, Rainbow(Katie's pony) got confused and knocked the pole with his back hoof. Rosehip said well done for going over at all. She wanted Katie to have another try, but it was too late because Katie had to go to her Auntie's house.

My typing Test

I am practising my typing so I can be quicker and more accurate.

This will help me finish my work faster.

Friday

On Monday my WPM result was 30 and today it is 34.

I have been practising so my result is higher and I can type quicker.

I have gone higher because I was concentrating.

My Basic Facts Test

I am testing how quickly I can remember my Basic Facts.

I need to remember my Basic Facts because they are the knowledge I need to help me with strategies to solve Maths problems.

Monday

Friday

On Monday I got 56/60. I got Groupings with 10, Addition to 10 and Subtraction to 10 right. I got Groupings within 10 and 20, Doubles/Halves to 20, 10's and 100's wrong.

On Friday I got 50/60. I got Groupings with 10, Addition to 10 right. I got Groupings within 10 and 20, Doubles/Halves to 20, 10's and 100's wrong.

I know that I will get better and faster at remembering my facts.

What is my number?

I am learning that numbers can be shown in many different ways

I can show in my presentation some of the different ways my number can be recorded.

My favourite way is making up a word problem.

The easiest slide for me is Numeral because I just have to press scribble at the top and then write 11. 

To be honest all of the slides were easy and none of the slides were hard.

My Silent Reading Today

I read from 23-28

This is what happens:

Everyone was getting along very well, except Bluebell. She loved riding, but she doesn't like being told what to do by Rosehip. Well Rosehip and Bluebell was fighting about who"s going to be teacher, Katie was far too excited to grumble about anything. Katie was getting to ride a pony for  the very first time, and it felt amazing. Katie has always wanted to ride a pony. Katie smiled and said "riding was just so much fun". It took a while to get it right, but once she did, she just couldn't stop grinning.

Learning goal - I am learning that numbers can be shown in many different ways

I can show in my presentation some of the different ways my number can be recorded.

My favourite slide is Tidy Ten.

The hardest slide for me was More or Less because I have to count back and forward and I lose track. The easiest slide for me was Even or Odd because I just have to right my number and high light it the right colour.

My typing Test

I am practising my typing so I can be quicker and more accurate.

On Monday my WPM result was 25 and today it is 33.

I have been practising so my result is higher and I can type quicker, so I can move on to a bigger high score.

My high score is bigger then Monday's high score because it was quiet and I was concentrating.

Friday's high score isn't big because I was not really concentrating.

Explanation

This is what happens:

So Katie is going to vs Tiffany in a race. But as you can see on the cover there are fairies on ponies. So Katie is only vs Tiffany because she wants to save the oak tree because her new friends live there in Katie's barbie doll house and Katie always loves to visit the fairies. So Katie was practicing for the competition, she went and got changed and she also got some accessories for the ponies and the unicorn and when she got to the fairies house the fairies said: That's just the right clothes for training and Katie said: Thank you so much.

 These are the names of the fairies:
Bluebell(Spring fairy)
Daisy(Summer fairy)
Rosehip(Autumn fairy
Snowdrop(Winter fairy).

 I will tell you what they like and what they don't like:

Bluebell's likes:
Blue, blue, blue and more blue, turning somersaults in the air and dancing.

Bluebell's dislikes:
Coming second and being told what to do

Daisy's likes:
Everyone to be friends, bright sunshine, cherry colours and big fairy hugs.

Daisy's dislikes:
Arguments, cold dark places and orange nylon dresses.

Rosehip's likes:
Riding magic ponies, telling Bluebell what to do, playing the piano and singing

Rosehip's dislikes:
Keeping quiet, boring colours and not being the centre of attention!

Snowdrop's likes:
Singing fairy songs, cool quiet places, riding her favourite magical unicorn and making snow fairies.

Snowdrop's dislikes:
Being too hot and keeping secrets.

 I read from pages 78-82 and I am finished.

Explanation about my book

In these pages I have been reading about Lily and her team going through the last event and Lily helps Wanda but before she helped Wanda she thought if she should help her or not help her because Wanda has been mean to Lily in all of the events but Lily still helped Wanda and Lily collected all of her blue moons. 

When it was on page 81 Lily got called up to staged and Lily was wondering why is she getting called up to stage, well Lily was wondering about that the Angel announced why she was called on stage. Lily is called on stage because she has helped another angel and didn't think about winning so Lily's team will get 20 points and Lily won the trophy.

On Friday I got 47/60. I got the Groupings within 10 and 20, Doubles/Halves to 20, 10's and 100's and Subtraction to 10 wrong. These are the ones that I got right Groupings with 10 and Addition to 10 right.

I know that i am getting a little bit worse, but I will still try so I can get more better.

I read from page 40 - 59.

I will be telling you a little bit on my cover 

So on my cover is a girl called Lily. She is on a slay. As you can see behind the slay there is like a track from where she started.

So this is what happens in the book

In my book Lily and the Zip Along were building a snow angel for the second to last event. When they were finish Lily said that  they are missing something and Lily was starting to fly off but then Cindy said no you can't go because you are not fast enough. So we will go and get it for you. Oh wait you haven't told us what we have to get, oh yeah you have to get a halo, OK, make sure that you look after the snow angel,yes I will. Omg I think I lost my brooch. I'm gonna go and find it. I remember that I was wearing my brooch. I am going to go look for it, hopefully the snow angel doesn't break. I think it fell down when we were looking for some more things. I can't find it, it's ok because it was suppose to be a good luck brooch instead it was like a bad luck brooch. When I was flying back and I landed I noticed that something is wrong, because someone took off our snow angel's head and replaced it with a fat snow ball, but luckily it's head was right next to Lily on the floor.

I read from 33 - 40

This is the book I read

On the cover of my book it has a girl called Lily on a slay. The title of my book is The Littlest Angel Lily goes skitter skating and the author is Elizabeth Pulford.

What happens in my story

So there was a bright light shining  in Lily's eyes and Lily could've won but Wanda made her lose by having a mirror in her hand and she made the sun go to her eyes by using her mirror and the sun and Lily just needed three or two more angels to put the sack on there head and win. When it was almost time for the next event Lily needed some things. They saw a tent called Angel's Delight and Lily knew it was held by Angel Mipmop I think. She might have the things I need I have to go and check. When Lily got inside the tent she saw puddings, pies, apples and plums. When she asked Angel Mipmop she said yes there is some in the corner. Then Lily said thank you and got her things and got out of the tent. When she got to her line with her team another Angel said the rules and they have to have to talk about how to use there subjects. When they were deicing Lily came up with an idea she said that they can use the rope to climb up and they can use the ice rings to hold it and so it won't break.

I read from 23 - 30

This is what happened.

Lily and the two teams next to her were waiting for there sign. The whole day Speedy Sparklers will be vs  Zip Angels. Now said spindly angel with clear grey eyes and a little drip at the end of her nose. For this event there are no wings. She glanced at the two teams beside Lily. Great, I see you've all remembered to don't wear your wings. After the bell rings you will run around the pond three times. Oh and also there is no touching and shoving in these three rounds. There will be no skittering on the inside unless you are passing. Each of you will skate at the edge of the pond make sure you do that.
