When Mr. Belly Bounce was walking with Deanna(Daughter of Mr.Haha Face) they saw the DUNK A KLOWN tank and Mr. Belly Bounce wanted to go and watch and noticed that it was Bingo-Bonga was inside the tank and Mr.Belly Bounce aw someone hit the target and as the water drowned Bingo-Bonga went with the water to Clown Street and Mr. Belly Bounce saw Bingo-Bonga's lips say "Help me". Then Mr. Belly Bounce asked Deanna where Bingo-Bonga.
